Live in California but do business in 50 states, LLC formation?
I'm in a network marketing company and I'm doing business in many states other than California. If I form an LLC in say...Utah, do I have to register my LLC in California as well? I do some business in Calif. but not all of it. I just don't' want to have to pay Calif. $800 annual franchise fee If I can avoid it. Thanks!

You need experienced counsel on proper LLC formation. Their are many things to be considered here as to the proper legal structure.
