Do you think Security business will flourish if started in South India?
If security services business is started in Chennai South India will be successful because the rates agreed by clients is very low, the guards ask more salary, getting guards is a big problem in Chennai as they never come for duty on regular basis or switch jobs. Youngsters do not like to wear a security guard uniform. Is it it right to start such a business at Chennai or even Tamil Nadu for that matter. Pls answer.

security is our basic need, & business is all about satisfying a need, so whether its Chennai or Timbuktu if u have people who are willing to pay for security then yes it shall be successful anywhere in this world, as regards to finding the right man power, these are areas where you need skill & experience, if u have trouble dealing wit people from Chennai, you can collaborate with agencies in north or west who are doing the same business with panache, if people who you pay do not fall in line then find those who will, we are a thickly populated country therefore let the best man prevail, fear not else it will corrode your self confidence, more so do not consult too many people if u want to begin something, like Wolfgang Goethe said: urgency has merit to it, what ever you have decided just begin it action will bring prosperity & talk will only bring complacency & poverty

If you have enough capital, instead of security services, you can start security products business which is going to flourish after the terrorist attack. We can rely on products but not on service people like workers/ security guards
