I have a property under my living trust. I want to rent it but as an LLC. Can you elaborate? Thank you?

You first have to put the property into the LLC, then put the LLC (with the property in it) into your living trust.

You just need to form an LLC that is owned by your living trust. Then title the property over into the LLC. A properly written operating agreement is critical here. I work with real estate investors daily dealing with the proper structure of assets. Let me know if you need assistance.
