Hi yes you are correct - its difficult to find out who is a good seo company and who is a bad one - Many seo companies use techniques which do not work anymore so its not cost affective and you will not get a good return on investment. Personally if you dont know much about seo then I would recommend you read up on it so that you know what a seo company should be doing. It can be cheap to outsource your work to another country other then the UK and I have done this many times - however the problem that you will get is the lack of understanding and the customer care is aweful. The prices are cheaper but the quality is also poor - Its always a good idea to pay a fair amount for your seo work as this is what will get you good quality work with great exposure. After 4 years of trading on the net I have found a UK seo company and have settled down with them - There service is good and the results TBH are great. They are www ... they are far cheaper then other seo companies that I have used and their work is 10 times better - I am found on the first page of google and major search engines for multiple keywords brinigng up multiple pages of my website and not just the home page. I would recommend these to anyone other then my competitors but of course this is because I know what reults these guys can bring. Anyway give them a go and they will also provide a free report - ask them to show you proof of their work - they may even show one of my sites but im not going to mention it here. Best of luck

There are many good seo companies, i recently started seo on my website and i chose Smart Traffic, they are a very well known seo company. Also try search in google they will all give you a free analysis before they start anything
