Do you have to pay an annual fee when registering for a business?
I currently found a website (Service Ontario) with a charge of $60 to register a business. I was wondering if this fee is an annual payment and what's the benefits of a MBL. Also I found another website business development centre charging $180, is this an annual fee too? What's the main difference between these two? BTW it's a partnership business.

At a minimum, you have to pay an annual fee to register to do business with your state. The regulations are now so complex you'll spend half your time just sorting through all the government bullsh--. Remember, now that you own a business, you are 'evil' and deserve to pay lots more in taxes and fees.
