Loan centers, garnishing my wages?

I owe to a few loan places, I have my paycheck mailed to me weekly. Is it possible Because I owe money to these places, they have some how intercepted my paychecks?

No, they can't intercept your paycheck. Here are the legal steps: 1. File a lawsuit 2. Win the lawsuit (not as easy as you think, if you know how to fight) 3. Obtain "judgment" 4. File "judgment" with court 5. Wait for the time of the appeal to expire 6. Contact your employers with "Writ of Garnishment" 7. Employer withholds legal amount from paycheck (usually no more than 25% of net, and sends garnished amount to creditors)

Well they would first have to take you to court and get a judgment against you. They can then take no more than 25% out of your paycheck. They can also take any assets that you may own.
