well if you got 2 different sin cards will these effect yr credit history?

well one of my friend came to canada as international student and he did screwed couple of credit cards and did not pay them at all, after a year he became a landed immigrant, will equifax canada know that he had 2 different sin cards and on top of it he screwed up couple of credit cards, will appreciate for your kind opinion and advices, thanx
