I am 42 year old father from the Philippines, had 10 years working experience in life insurance as claims inve?

I am planning to go to UAE and look for a job at insurance companies thereat. However, I am having a second though since it will incur me huge amount of expenses going there and not really sure of a positive outcome. Would it be possible for me to find a job there. Thanks
