Identify strategic locations in the town,go to Nagar Nigam & ask them the rent for installing a hoarding there.They will charge some annual fees with of course some bribe.Now get the hoardings fabricated as per yr.budget & reqd.size & install them at various locations.Also keep provision of lighting some hoardings,as some clients may like a Lit-Hoarding.Contact various clients like Telecom cos.like Reliance,Airtel,Aircell,Vodafone,Idea etc,Film Distributors of yr.city,mfrs.etc.Show them the hoardings,also have a tie-up with some painters & a flex-printer & start business.
