If I register a trademark, name and logo. Do I have to pay taxes on selling products?
Opening a small @ home business under sole proprietorship. I would like to register my logo and name as a trademark. So it's mine and I can use it on my products and have full rights over the logo and name. If I do this will I need to pay taxes on selling my products?

Trademarks / copyrights have nothing to do with taxes. You have to charge / pay sales tax for items you sell within states you operate in. You have to pay income tax, social security etc. on personal and business income depending on the type of business you operate.

do you have a tax i.d. #??? trademarks dont have anything to do with taxes--but chances are if you're selling something you are profiting , in which case uncle sam wants to be paid.
