where can i get a list of startups companies looking for early stage partners?

I'm looking to get involved in a startup - but these companies are under the radar most of the time (no revenue, 1 or 2 employees/founders, zero advertising) -- How can one find one?

Hi, I was in a similar situation, which I why I actually started a website called StartupPartners www ... The idea is to get people together that want to start something, and are missing one or more people or skills. It will be promoted heavily over the coming months, so get in there early!
