What house should we buy in West Virginia, Kentucky, or Indiana?
We want to buy a house somewhere in one of those three states. It should be a big house on a big lot at a bargain price. Do you know of any really good bargain houses for sale there? Not just cheap, but good value for the money, compared to other bargain houses there. I'm not asking anyone to do any research, but just to mention whatever they already know. It's not true that you need a job to buy a house. You just need money. Next.

you need a job to buy a house - do you have one lined up? in what state? house prices usually follow jobs and income levels - lower priced homes are going to be in areas with lower paying jobs if you can even find a job
