We got order from indian co. but they want shipment in diff. country. is there any regulation?

We recd. payment in indian rupees from indian arm of same company and want to send shipment to another country. Is there any regulation ? Do i need to get RBI approval or something ? Will it cause some trouble in exports or at the destination port?

export should bring in foreign exchange, that's the thumb rule laid down by RBI, if u are to ship a consignment to another country then u must receive forex from that country in settlement for that bill other wise ur shipment will get u blacklisted also u need an import & export no. to send shipments outside India which is not hard to get
