The bank must post the foreclosure at the County Recorders Office. You can get all of them free. Attend one of the auctions. The courthouse steps at noon. It does not last long. After it is over, ask the auctioneer to put you on her mailing list. pasreo.com has all of Wells Fargo's repos amtrust.com has theirs countrywide.com has theirs ( i don't work for any of them and all are free to view)

Heck yeah, I know of someplace you can get a list. Me!! Call me or drop me an e-mail. Most list services want to be paid online. You know there is a program where you can get into some of the foreclosures for as little as $100.00. Not bad and you can get the tax credit of up to $8000.00 also. And the kicker--the government will also do any needed repairs. So drop me a line. Al 224-365-4201
