Question

Should I be qualified to rent an apartment?

So i'm turning 20 christmas eve and ready to move out. I work at wal mart as a sales associate/indirect agent making just around 1,200 a month. the apartment im looking at is 623 a month (including trash pick ups, water, but not electric) by janurary (which is when im looking to move in) i should get a raise to $14.00 a hour in a new position. my credit is good, but the only thing concerning me is i have only been with wal-mart for 2 months so far, would that affect my work history check they do? i was with jiffy lube for a year before that, and cici's pizza for like 7 months...so i dont know how work history will look to them, what does anyone else think?

No for most apartments because you are new on the job, but certainly not that one. You can't afford that one. You need to be looking in the 400 a month price range.
