is my commercial landlord required to provide heat, in las vegas? im renting a commercial office space, 5 offices and a conference room, and it has no heat at all, no heater at all. and it seems cold as hell in vegas and its not even the heart of winter yet. julia what does a pakistan jobs website have to do with this? .... nothing. stop spamming.

It really depends on what your lease calls for. .Commercial rentals place a lot more burden on the tenant then residential ones. This is common in offices by me in shore areas...Even though they are leased at yearly terms they are more or less intended for seasonal use. Maybe you can work out a deal with the owner ? adding a heating system would be a major improvement to his property.

Check your lease. It should state which party, you or the landlord, is responsible for HVAC.
