Question

Would i have better luck getting credit as newly created inc or really bad personal credit?

Hi I'm stuck on what to do so looking for any kind of advice? I have recently opened up a new business and the business is doing very well and growing but i fell behind on my car payments due to hard times and just when i came up with the money my car got repossesed and now i'm temperarily out of work and doesn't look like i'll get my car back they wont except my payment unless its the full 19,000 =( So now i'm royally screwed my credit is probably almost as low as you can get and trying to refinance or get a loan seems slim to none ugh. I was thinking of spending what lil money i have to get incorporated so my credit wont come in too play. So I'm not sure if i would actually have a better chance getting a loan being incorporated with a new business with no credit as oppossed to trying to get a personal loan with my horrible credit 9 accounts not paid car just repossesed and owing over 30,000 unpaid debts! I know in the long run im gonna wanna incorporate but right now its either spend my money try to get a crappy car with lil money i have or incorporate or take my chances with my credit sure to be getting raped by a bad car loan if i can even get one. Would i have a chance getting a car loan being newly inc? Bankruptcy is in my near future but right now moneys tight and i need a quick fix or else im gonna lose my new business and home and i have a family to support any feedback would be greatly appreciated ! thank you

Don't bother. New businesses are virtually never given unsecured credit without a guarantor. If you incorporate and apply for credit, they will ask you to co-sign personally and, as you suggest, probably deny you. Your best bet is to buckle down and bootstrap your business through cash flow and/or seek out an angel...a private investor. RJ

Your company's credit will be linked to you so this will not help you at all.

In such kind of complicated situation, I would suggest you pay a visit here www ... I had good experience with there when I met the serious debt problem before.
