How and where do I report fraudulent activity on a credit card?
I work for an online company and we received an order that is obviously fraud. I want to contact someone with this information so we can stop this guy, but I am not sure where to start. Any ideas?

You should call the customer service department of the credit card company. They will have a fraud division and you can report it there. Tho you should first report it to your boss or supervisor as he/she should be the one reporting the problem.

A bank clears all your credit card transactions. The number should be in the merchant information package your company got when it signed the contract.
