What did this guy mean? Should i be worried?

So a guy called me from a place called ''gutter dynamics'' and he asked if i knew a guy.. which happens to be my friends husband and i was like yeah and he said he used me as some kind of reference and he was in some legal trouble and that i could be too as well but when i asked him why he said he couldnt tell me and he sounded foreign.. so when i went to look it up on the internet it was a gutter business. how could i be in trouble? it doesnt make any sense.

Threats on phone calls are hot air. Call your friend and just state, "I got this weird call from Gutter dynamics." "Did you use me as a reference?"
