the landlord have bags orcements on my veranda...?

i rented i bed room, bathroom, kitchen and hall from a landlord, on my veranda he has 20bags of cement on here, i have some veranda chair coming soon from the furniture store, what do i do, ask him to remove the cement to put my chair? or have him use the veranda, and put the chairs on the inside of the house? what should i do help...

Was the veranda in the rental agreement? If so you can ask him if he can store the cement somewhere else because you plan to use that area. If it wasn't in the agreement you can still ask him to move the cement, and the rest really depends on the relationship you have with your landlord, as to weather or not it happens
