I've said this before on other postings. Your question is like asking "Which is the best cancer?" Cancer destroys your physical health. Credit cards destroy your financial health. So, there is no good, better, best credit card. Banks know human nature. They know people are impatient, greedy, forgetful and not very smart when it comes to financial management of their debts and money.. As a result, banks have manipulated people into buying things they can't afford. They want things now, can't wait. They charge more than their credit limit allows. They forget to pay their balances or pay them late. Banks also manipulate credit profiles to justify charging higher interest rates. Cut your limit when you have a high balance, raise interest rates to unaffordable levels, etc. I know I didn't give you the answer you wanted. But do your best to aviod credit cards. I haven't had one in over 20 years and I'm doing just fine.

to be honest my friend, to be without any credit card is the very best option REALLY. if u still persist, I can tell u that u have given it in the right order.

Depends on what fits your needs. Do you need rewards, higher credit limits, higher APRs, annual fees, and other fees such as activation. One might have a lower APR, but might charge other fees. Another could have higher credit limits, but their APR are rediculous! Choose wisely.

American Express Platinum Credit Card. the American Express Platinum credit card. Besides the mystical and mysterious "black card" (which requires an annual spend of $250k a year), this is the best card that American Express offers. There are a number of reasons, including: 1. Premium Travel Assistance, which gives you access to travel consultants and 24/7 personal assistance. 2. No pre-set spending limit. 3. Access to the Platinum Card concierge, which will assist you in booking hotel rooms, making dinner reservations or buying gifts for your loved ones. 4. Access to prestigious airport lounges throughout the world, including the American Airlines Admirals Club, Continental Airlines Presidents Club and Northwest Airlines World club. 5. Access to invitation-only events. 6. The International Airline Program, while will give you a complimentary companion ticket on one of 17 qualifying airlines. 7. Complimentary memberships in premium rental car programs. 8. The Premium Seats and Luxury Suites program, which will give you access to the best seats at various sporting events, concerts and other assorted entertainment events. Unlike the "black card" which has an annual fee of $2500, the American Express platinum card has a fee of $450 per year. While you won't receive some of the over-the-top perks that Black Card holders receive, you will still have access to a personal assistant, numerous airport lounges and many other perks. This is a great card which provides its holders with numerous perks for a reasonable annual fee. This card will pay for itself, especially if you do any kind of significant traveling throughout the course of a year. The application process is extremely quick and painless, and you will have a decision from American Express within 60 seconds. Discover Platinum Visa Credit Card. is perhaps the card that will allow you to get the most cash back, rewards if you use it properly. It gives you more cash rebates on more items than any other card on the market today. This will be a lengthy review because Discover does not disclose its' merchant partners unless you have the card. But we do and so there will lots of screenshots and pictures. Below is a main summary of its' features before we get into the proper review. • 5% rebates on Airlines, Hotels, Car Rentals and Cruises, Home Improvement Stores, Department Stores and Clothing Stores, Gas Stations, Hotels, Theme Parks, Zoos, Bookstores, Grocery Stores, Restaurants, Movie Theaters, Movie Rentals • 5% and 20% rebates (I look at them more like discounts) at over 100 online retailers like GAP.com, OldNavy.com, Dell.com, BestBuy.com! • you can also Double the value of rebates that you have earned if you redeem them for select gift cards (over 100 partners). • 0% Introductory APR on both purchases and balance transfers for 6 months • One of the rare cards that give 25 day grace period • Seperate card number for online shopping - extra security Rebate Formula - The Discover® More(SM) Card is a tiered cash back credit card. You can potentially earn up to 2% rebate. Here is how it works. The tiered cash back formula is based on your annual expenditure. For the first $1,500 in annual expenditure, you earn 0.25%. For the next $1,500 in annual expenditure (ie $1,500 to $3,000), you earn 0.50% rebate. Once your annual expenditures exceed $3,000, you earn 1% rebate. You can earn unlimited rebates which do not expire. 5% Rebates for Rotating Categories - Discover gives 5% rebates on various categories that rotate once every quarter. In the first quarter, you earn 5% rebates for airlines, hotels, car rentals and cruises. For the second quarter, you earn rebates on home and fashion retailers. In the third quarter, it is gas, hotels and theme parks. In the fourth quarter, it is grocery stores, restaurants and movies. Union plus Visa Credit Card The recent layoffs by Ford this year, General Motors and Delphi last year has resulted in lots of layoffs for union members who work in the auto industry. If you are a union member and have not got this credit card already, then you should definitely think about getting the Union Plus credit card. This card offer some special benefits which other credit cards do not offer. For example, • You get Skip Payment Privileges - which allows you to skip two payments during a twelve month period • Four strike skip payments in the event of a union sanctioned strike or lock-out for 30 days or more • Access to Union Plus scholarship program, a scholarship that is funded by the Union Plus Credit Card program for union members • Access to Union Plus loan program - which offers more favorable loan terms for union members • Access to CreditKeeper - which allows you access to your combined credit reports from the 3 national credit agencies, review your driver's, medical and social security records. Let's explore this card further. Unique Bene

I must agree with dan b. Credit cards, like the fico score was designed to do nothing but get you into debt and keep you in debt. Pic your cancer.

I would recommend 1) American Express Platinum Credit Card as it it is widely accepted as compared to Discover. Even it's better if you go for VISA/Mastercard. You will find better options like CITI platinum mastercard.
