Where should we be an exhibitor to reach the buyers of gourmet food stores and gift shops?

Hello, We just started our own caramel business in California. I was wondering what event or trade show should we attend, as an exhibitor, to reach the buyers of gourmet food stores and gift shops ? Preferably, we would like to attend shows in California, Las Vegas or Arizona. Thanks for your help.
