How long will PayPal hold Payment, If Buyer never leaves proper feedback?

Here is my little situation, I just sold my first item on Ebay, and the Payment is on hold for nearly 2 weeks. The item is shipped a week ago, but i contact the buyer saying that Please leave proper feedback once receiving item.Seems like buyer is ignoring me. So here is the question, How long will PayPal hold Payment, If Buyer never leaves proper feedback???? Please helps guys, Thanks a lot!!!
