How to register a newspaper in UK ?

First sacrifice 4 goats to the God of Editors. Now you have obtained his blessing cross the ravaging deserts of Company House, before begging the old wise man of registration to allow your paper to be registered. if you managed to sacrifice the goats prior to this you should be ok.
