Job loss again,now what? (Loan Mod)?
I lost my job last February,could not pay mortgage for 5 months,foreclosre was very near,i signed papers for a loan modification after finding a new job 2 months ago,now i'm laid off again,where do i go from here?

The first thing to do is contact your mortgage company and explain the situation. They may be willing to work with you, do not just ignore the problem, that will make it much worse. If you do not get anywhere with them try local churches, sometimes they have the ability to help or can get you the information as to other local help. I am so sorry for your troubles, do not give up. Are you in a position to sell and walk away even, do a short sale, get a roommate? There are all kinds of things you can try before losing the house.
