help me with my problems i want to buy on the internet and im13?

i really want to have a credit card so i can buy shoes cloths and stuff like that over the interney but my mother doesn't think im responsible to keep a card with more than $2 on it and i want to buy stuff on the net whenever i want but i dont want to use the card to buy it all snd i dont want to use bill me later and i need a plan to save money to put it on the card so i can call it my own and she wont have such a problem with it when i buy it and p.s im 13

You could tell your mom about the Visa Buxx reloadable prepaid Visa card that is meant to teach teens responsible spending. You can't open it yourself but you could see if your mom will open it, load it with some money of yours and let you go at it.

At 13, you don't really need a credit card. The things that you buy, you should cost no more than your allowance. You can also earn money on your own. Have you thought about proving to your mom that you can make money? Maybe do some chores/babysit or help out your neighbours to get paid and show your parents that you are responsible. At 13 you can't legally have a credit card anyway ... you have to be an adult at 18. But ... what you CAN get is a debit card ... it works like a check ... you have to have money in a bank account before you use the card just like a check ... but for purchases on the internet or at brick and mortar stores ... it looks and works for all intents and purposes just like a visa or mastercard.
