Business: Can an incorporated company be a retailer and wholesaler?
i just started a company called iNNova Inc. i am selling split air conditioners that i imported (in bulks) from China. am i allow to be a retailer and wholesaler for those air conditioners without any legal problems? would it be weird to put on my business card "iNNova Inc. - Retailer and Wholesale of split air conditioners"? or is it common for businesses to be a retailer AND a wholesaler? Thanks!!!

It is common. Its more an issue of how/how much you sell the air conditioners for that makes you retailer (one at a time) or a wholesaler (several units at once).
