I made a website and need feedback?

Hi. My boyfriend and I created this site. We wanted a place to post reviews about past renters, whether good or bad. We made the posting free and the searching has a fee, but that's only if there are results for the name you search. It will take quite awhile to populate with reviews, but before we started really advertising heavily, I wanted to get some feedback on it.
