I have several separate businesses but I want them under one legal entity should I form a LLC ?
What state will be best?My businesses include gift shops,candy stores,real estate,restaurants,adult.ent,beauty and barber shops,book stores,investment management,car sales, clothing line..

I heard It was Delaware. But you should keep one big LLC with smaller separate LLC. In Case a law suit happen, they can sue only the one involve, if one going down, you still have the rest. For example, if you have 5 separate business, one going down with the law suite, the other 4 will continue. Just like you put all eggs in one basket, more risky than separate baskets

My but you are ambitious - all those lines of income production - and no research as to the best state to LLC (incorporate) Delaware, is the most popular because they require the least in documentation, and handle paperwork by mail.
