instead off just hoarding all of what's left of the TARP money & rewarding themselves with undeserved bonuses for doing nothing lost year.

They are lending, just only to those who are responsible and can actually afford what they are buying. The days of giving out liar loans, mortgages to people with horrible credit, and loans for $500,000 to people who only make $60,000 a year, are long over and hopefully NEVER returns.
