I bought a Green Dot Prepaid debit card and there is no account number to activate it!!!?

There is a 16 digit number under the barcode that you have to scan when you first get it but other than that there isnt anything else, And that number doesnt work. I tried calling but it doesnt work either. Im really pissed off right now, i just put 300 bucks on a card with false instructions. What do i do?
