A great way to make a lot of money?

HI my name is Rob H and I have a truly amazing new way for people to interact with video games that i believe has the opportunity to change the way people play video games forever. Other then that idea, my team has thought of what we consider to be the perfect MMORPG. What i want to do is build the game. While the game is being designed start working on my unique idea for human/console interaction witch I am calling HCIS, then release them at the same time. But I don't want to sell my rights to ANYTHING and I don't want to rely on anyone else for money, because from my own independent research I have figured out that just building the game is going to take 3 years and cost 4 million dollars. I don't have any collateral to offer a bank, and if i except money from private investors then I'm going to lose a lot of the control over my own company and ideas, not to mention that in any case I am going to end up paying my investors/bank back about 14 million! And this is bad because i have 6 other unique game ideas that would work so well with the HCIS. So, I have decided that I do not want to borrow any money. What can i do to make it on my own? Well, my idea for the MMORPG is a huge epic story, I was thinking that I could wright a book off of the story. I began writing out fundamental key points that if i wright a book must be in the book then i sat back and looked at my notes, there is no possible way that I could fit this into anything less then 4 books. Okay I'll start a science fiction series to make me the money that i need to start my company but my personal research told me that i could only expect possibly $1.00 - $2.00 per book sold and that is if I produce them myself! Well, needless to say I'm not going to make 4 million dollars overnight making my dreams into books, but if i do make them that will give me some capital to start working with and hopefully, a loyal fan base. Alright so I make the books, then I make a website for the game and explain whats going on, put a bunch of mini games that are entertaining and free because you know free games bring people in and possibly create a very very low budget 2D version of the game that players can play online together, the game tibia, the graphics are terrible but A LOT of people are obsessed with that game (myself included). then a lot like tibia make the game play free but charge a low monthly rate that allows players to do more. So through that proses i can get some more fans. Explain on the site that my idea is going to take some serious money and get some donations thou I know that is unreliable it might help a bit.. For the loyal fan base, put some t-shirts on the site, advertise and sell my books on the site. sell some pay per click advertisement space on the site. Then over time HOPEFULLY i can reach my goal but if not i did have one more idea, get as much money as i can, pay my employs to create a demo, and sell advertising space in the game, this game takes place in modern times, and ill bet that right now as you read this you cant even look around the room you are in with out seeing 2 or 3 advertisements weather it be on the side of your can of coke or the name brand logo on the monitor you are looking at. sense advertising is so common in our every day life it would be unrealistic if i did not add advertisement to the game right? So my idea is that your player picks up a pistol, that is a Smith and Weston pistol, its a real model that they actually make, your player finds a car, and bam its the new ford whatever. Your player drives down the street and sees a billboard for coke, and a wall-mart. That is my final idea to get the funding to produce my video game. what i want from you is feed back on my ideas, are they good, do they suck, and do you have any additional ideas that could help me on my journey?
