Question
Tell me if this co-supervisor is bad?
I currently work at this co-supervisor's office sent there by my main boss from another organisation... 1. I ask for a proper work space, just bare minimum at least do my work on a fixed bench area, he told me back, tell me what do you want if you are the director? 2. He sms me one night before to do something the next morning. I will be in my main boss's office the next morning, so i write him an email back saying something like this can't work, you can't always interfere into my private life by sms me at night or calling me in morning and ask me to settle issues for him..and he threw temper back. he tried to accuse me that I have communication problems with my co-workers there. My friend told me he asked her into his office, and asked "I have communication problem with her, do u have a communication problem with her too?" then my friend says No we are communicating well, and he just sent her out. 3. He is throwing me whatever work that is supposed to be done by him to me, and those work are actually beyond my work scope because I am just stationed there for short term, not even there on regular basis for long term. 4. He wrote an email to me saying that he was sorry for treating me so harsh, but then continue with "I have a book on character building etc which he will put on my' table' (as if i have a table)".. 5. I find that he is an unpopular person in his own workplace from all different friends and colleagues that I have made. He actually called his female staff hp and asked them to go for lunch with him everyday. I know they are unwilling and are coming up with all excuses to skip that

excuse me! you mentioned that u are attached there for a short term. 1) now ask yourself this : why r u sent there for? what is the purpose of sending u there for? what is the main instruction or objective, your company want from you? 2) ignore the sms or email after office hour. you dun need to reply if u r :( . you dun make too much words about it. politely list out your action to him but ignore it if he insisted. just keep cool. 3) he is a unpopular person, so?. important thing here is YOU r not. show him u r CAPABLE of doing the jobs well. out of scope? ask your colleagues for help. show him u r INDEPENDENT n not that you can b pushing me around. showing him courtesy and tolerate all his nonsense SINCE u r only here for a short term, Last, put yourself in his shoes and find out how to improve the situation. if he give a bad remark to your main office, think what...
