Question

Do i need "statutory registers"?

I was told over the phone, after registering my company "Once your company is registered, it is a LEGAL REQUIREMENT under The Companies Act 2006 that a limited company puts in place a number of documents IN ADDITION to the registration documents. Collectively these documents are usually referred to as a company’s "statutory registers"." ... So when do I need statutory registers? How much do statutory registers cost? Can i do statutory registers inhouse? at no or little cost. I was told £60 !! Should note, this was a unsolicited call. They must have got my info from Companys House, which is why I am asking whats going on.

Tell the tele-spammer to take a hike. Your attorney can do this for very little money, and you can rest assured it will be done right the 1st time...
