Nationwide will they give me a debit card?

I have a nationwide flexaccount, cash builder account. E-bond. I am 18 years old. I have no job and no income. I have £4500 in my nationwide book cash builder account, in the card cash builder account i have £100. The book had over £6000 once. They flexaccount has £200 but has had over £2000 go in and out of the account. Will they give me a debit card. I am in high school ,with no jobs, no ema, no income.?? Thanks.
