Where are you at? Certainly in the US there are more people out of work that are willing to do anything to get paid. Advertising with newspapers works in most places. There are state agencies that will give you applications. A great source is the people that work for you. If you are treating them fairly, they often find friends and acquaintances for possible job applicants. It is difficult to identify areas in another country. Certainly, you might be able to find people in other countries that do not have the amount of employment but you face problems with people staying.
