If I have money on my paypal account, can I buy something online without the use of a credit card or bank?
I have put money on my pay-pal account from filling out surveys. I want to buy something on a gaming website that accepts pay-pal. Can I buy the thing I want ($5) if I have enough money on my pay-pal account?

Hi It completely depends on the website that you are buying your product from. Some websites allow transaction only through credit card added to your paypal account whereas some website allows transaction with just the amount in your paypal. But your sending limit should not have expired.
