How to present a sales pitch/ business proposal?

Hello, I recently started selling Sports jerseys on eBay. My items were selling for roughly 75 each. I want to extend my market to local stores to let them do the selling for me. Here are the numbers I have available If I purchase, 0-3 items I can get for $35-38 Each 4-19 items I can get for $32 Each 20+ items I can get for $25-29 Each So my question is how would I got about selling these to stores. I know I can't expect to sell them to the stores for that high but what should I do. I was thinking of bringing in samples and showing them the quality of my product. I also was thinking about printing out business cards/flyers and handing them out to people on the street I see wearing sports jerseys. I also want to go to Bars/sports bars/ other places and hang up flyers. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You Max Points to best answer!
