What is the best industry to start a small Business in now?

Professional background. I was program manager for 6 years. I started a specialty fruit business in college that made a 150% profit. I also normally get an 40% increase per quarter on my stocks. I am the director of a organization that helps the poor deal with the government. I served 4 years in the army in counter intelligence. I also have a bachelors in Business Administration. So what are the good future industries?
