How do I asure that my shirt design is protected?
I have a design for a t-shirt with a slogan. How do I assure that my design and slogan is protected (from t-shirt design and logo steeling thieves) before I start to market it? TheBigFGuy- Thanx. This is the answer I needed.

Do a "Poor man's Patent". Take photos of the design and FedEx them to yourself. Do not open unless there's a need to (ie. lawsuit, etc.). The shipping date of the package shows when you came up with the design and can prove that it was your idea first.
