Walmart Moneycard Troubles...?
So I purchased a card the other day so I could buy a few things online. I went through the activation process, and can see my balance+transactions. However, I can't use it online. PayPal rejects it every time I try to link it or just use it on their site. Do I have to wait for the personalized card to come to my address? And will this even solve the problem? I was thinking that maybe some of the information on the card and/or PayPal account aren't identical, which leads to it being rejected. But could a missing letter, or use of an abbreviation make the site decline the card? This is the message I get when trying to add/use the card: "This credit card has been denied by the bank that issued your credit card. For details on why your card was denied, please contact your credit card issuer's customer service department. Or, you may want to try adding a different credit card." I will be calling tomorrow when support is open, but I figured I might as well ask here too.

Sorry prepaid cards are not excepted by Pay Pal. You need to set up your bank account with pay pal like I have. I have a Pay Pal account and they just take it out of my bank account. Hope this is helpful

You can't link prepaid cards to a Paypal account.

Paypal won't allow you to add the temporary card but you can add the personalized card once you receive it. You also can't reload the temporary card, you have to wait to receive the personalized one. Then you should be able to add your Walmart card on as a checking account and credit card if you want
