Anyone can explain the percent of users sources on Alexa for my page?

i have a online store. I check the IP sources of my site both at google analytics and at Alexa. But the percent of users sources between google analytics and Alexa have great difference . Alexa shows: 67% users come from myself country, but the google shows less than 20% users come from my country. What is the problem ? anyone have the same experiences ? my store: www ...

You need to trust Google Analytics here. Google Analytics installs a small piece of script on your blog that keeps updating the Google database about the actual visits. Alexa doesn't have enough analytical information on your visitors. Also, the accuracy of any of these tools depend on how they define a visit and a visitor. Sometimes, a visitor visits after a 30mins (as an example) some tools mark it as two visitors instead of two visits.

One of the reasons may be that Alexa figures out their numbers based on the users that have Alexa toolbar installed on their browser and users without having this toolbar installed won't be considered. Google will consider all if you have analytics code installed.
