I am starting a new site where other people can add their comments or opinions. What type of site do I need?
Do I need a social network, blog, or just a web site. My idea can help others, as can their answers. Thank you, Randy

Try Blogger. You can add Headlines and people can comment on each of them. It's very straight forward and easy to handle.

you should make a site about unknown facts so people will learn and won't get bored of your website .
