can you get a prepaid visa card in the philippines?
cos i wanna buy some stuff from itunes and subscribe to magazines from abroad. thanks :) if you answer yes,please say where... *there's no walmart here :)

You should consider some online transfer agency that sends out prepaid visa cards to customers. Once you open an account and get your visa card, you load money into your account and then you should be able to use the card to make online purchases. Take a look at this comparison page.
