Question

Bank of America...Overdraft.?

Within the last month i've had around 6 overdraft fees but none of them was caused by my wrong doing. All have been merchant error because they failed to do what i requested them to do...Anyhow, this month I totally forgot one of my bills(Ebay) because I thought last month i paid for all of the auction fees. So now my account has gone 32.68 in the whole with a 35.00 charge because of overdraft. Now i've spoke to BOA rep and they tell me nothing can be done since i've overdraft so many times in the little amount of period. Is there anything that could be done? Like speaking to a manager? And if so how should i approach it. And Should i got to my local branch office to do it or just call them?

I'm guessing there is nothing that can be done. In their eyes, you have a terrible history of overdrafting, and therefore they are going to get as many fees as they can out of you because you're a high risk customer. Also... how is it possible that 6 overdraft fees are not your fault, and someone else's? I want to believe you, but it seems unlikely that it's not your fault that you don't have enough money in your account to pay your bills.
