These are the questions they asked me in telephone competency interview. 1.Tell me a time when you worked under pressure but managed to reach your target. 2.Why this job 3.In your current job how often do you meet your target 4.Tell me a time when you came up with a new idea and how did you manage to launch it I got through the telephonic interview which I would say was very difficult. Face to face had 2 role plays. 1.Telephonic role play where I was asked to speak to a customer to get an appointment with him and make him to meet me. 2.Face to face where I have to go through financial revie for a customer and try to offer him suitable products. I would say that face to face seem to be easy and I thought I have done so well but was later told that I didn't get through. I am still waiting for the feedback but to be honest I feel it was unfair.
