How can I get customers without a phone?

Hi, I live in Lima Peru. I am from the US and been here for nearly 2 years. Well I posted a question a few weeks ago about my job here. Because of my low income I need to make ends meet and provide for my family. Please see my question answers ... Anyway I talked to my mom and she has friends that wants their computers repaired by the internet which is what I do on my job here if you read my question. The problem is I have no phone for them to call and my mom works over 11 hours a day there in the States. So back to my question, How do I get customers that I can connect to in the evenings and repair their PCs and charge like $100 instead of the $150 that the company i work for charges? Please let me know what my options are. thanks. Well setting up a website may not be a good ideal, because I will be fired if anyone I work for found out that I'm even trying to do this.
