A question about Amazon.co.uk?
well i ordered on 7 oct a video-game on amazon.co.uk and i live in greece,after 1 day they dispatched it (8oct) and they confirmed it with a email, they said me that the estimate delivery is 15oct but after waiting 2weeks (8-15oct) nothing happened not even a call.what should i do?wait more or send back a email? This is the 1st time that i shop from the internet, that why im a bit scared :P well a little misunderstanding sorry..i meant 2weeks from 7 oct not 15oct now its 16oct that means only 1day passed.. 15oct was the estimate delivery.

you should call them and let them know that you haven't received your package and that you have been waited for longer than 9 days (which is the normal amount of days to wait for one). they should refund your money if you want it back or they'll just send you what you ordered again free of charge.

U should e-mail amazon to ask what's up then leave it a week to see wot happens. If nothing turns up go further in terms of tracking down ur order.
