During that time, 937,840 homes received a foreclosure letter -- whether a default notice, auction notice or bank repossession, the RealtyTrac report said. I can tell you his housing/mortgage bailout has not helped me with my home. Have been working with the mortgage company since March and got nothing but the run aroound and threats to forclose our home.

Yes it is tough. This housing crises that has been building for last 15-20 years could take a long time to bottom out. It could actually be near end of Obama's 2nd term before real estate is back on track.

You know this disaster did not start with President Obama,it started before he ever took office.He inherited it from the past eight years of government disaster.So he is doing great based on the fact it was a total disaster when it landed in his lap.

the housing market was on the down slide for 2+ yrs before Obama was elected and one person cannot stop it like that. Bush was in power when all those stupid real estate loans were made that people couldn't really afford
