Best Real Estate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software and Why?

Question

Are you familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software specific to real estate by any chance? Have you ever used ACT, Goldmine, salesforce or the like? If so, I would love to hear what you think about them. I'm also open to other recommendations. Thanx a ton!

I have been using Boom CRM, it is really fast and easy to find and manage all my contacts, I used to use ACT! but find this system a lot better...I think the website is www.boomcrm.com, hope this helps
